Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

Deborah has worked as a pediatric nurse practitioner for over 28 years. During this time, she also worked in the Emergency Room at Utah Valley Hospital for 12 years. She loves working with children of all ages: infants, children, and teenagers. She is well-known for her warmth and compassionate care.

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Brigham Young University, Utah
- Master of Science in Nursing at Brigham Young University, Utah
- National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (NAPNAP)
- Yearly certification with exams or continuing education courses. 
- Basic Life Support, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).

Amy Chavez
Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

Amy has been an RN for over 12 years in three states: Utah, Minnesota and Idaho. As an RN, Amy has worked in a variety of areas, with half being in pediatrics and NICU. Amy recently became a pediatric nurse practitioner and is excited to help you care for your children.

In her free time, Amy enjoys running, hiking, crafts and spending time with her family. On the weekends, you can usually find her at the soccer field cheering on her kids.
